Stefano & Marcella opened the first Gelato & co shop in 2013 in the beautiful Cayman Islands.

In the following years we opened in Puerto Rico, Panama, Aruba, a 2nd shop in George Town and 3 different states in USA: Texas, Florida and Colorado.

IN every Gelato and co shop we are offering a traditional Italian gelato, pastries and coffee.

We believe in our “GLOCAL” concept, importing the best ingredients from Italy and using local fresh ingredients from local farmers and market.

The choice of the ingredients and the search for the best possible quality is part of our way of being.

Our ingredients are coming from farmers and growers that we know and trust for years: people we have built long term relationship with and they meet our fanatical standards.

The company is committed in zero-impact police utilizing ONLY 100% biodegradable and compostable disposable.

The distinctive key in Gelato & Co is the NON-STOP fresh gelato production during the day.
